HUBUNGAN PEMANFAATAN LAYANAN ANTRIAN MOBILE JKN DENGAN MUTU PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DI PUSKESMAS WAWONASA

Mutu pelayanan keperawatan di puskesmas masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait sistem pelayanan dan lamanya waktu tunggu pasien yang berdampak pada kepuasan serta jumlah kunjungan. Inovasi digital melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN, khususnya layanan antrian online, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan mutu asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemanfaatan layanan antrian Mobile JKN dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Puskesmas Wawonasa. Desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 2.102 orang. Sampel sebanyak 44 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pemanfaatan Mobile JKN dan kuesioner mutu pelayanan keperawatan, dianalisis menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan layanan antrian Mobile JKN berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 32 responden (72,7%), dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 32 responden (72,7%). Uji Spearman Rank menghasilkan nilai ρ = 0,000 (ρ < 0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,557. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan layanan antrian Mobile JKN dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Puskesmas Wawonasa. Puskesmas disarankan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan data Mobile JKN dalam proses asuhan keperawatan agar pelayanan lebih efektif dan tepat waktu.
Nursing service quality at community health centers continues to face challenges, particularly related to patient waiting times and service systems, which impact satisfaction and visit frequency. Digital innovation through the Mobile JKN application, especially its online queue feature, is expected to improve service efficiency and nursing care quality. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the utilization of Mobile JKN queue services and nursing service quality at Puskesmas Wawonasa. A correlational design with a cross-sectional approach was used. The population consisted of 2,102 individuals, with 44 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through Mobile JKN utilization and nursing service quality questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test (α = 0.05). Results showed that 32 respondents (72.7%) rated Mobile JKN utilization as good, and 32 respondents (72.7%) rated nursing service quality as good. The Spearman Rank test yielded ρ = 0.000 (ρ < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.557. There is a significant relationship between Mobile JKN queue service utilization and nursing service quality at Puskesmas Wawonasa. Health centers are recommended to maximize Mobile JKN data integration throughout the nursing care process to ensure more effective and timely services.
