LEARNING COMMUNITY PLANNING MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE EDUCATION QUALITY IN PKG TK, RINGINREJO DISTRICT, KEDIRI REGENCY

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen perencanaan komunitas belajar dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di PKG TK Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri. Komunitas Belajar yang ada di PKG TK Kecamatan Ringinrejo sangat penting keberadaanya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan ini meliputi kegiatan kolaborasi, refleksi, dan peningkatan kompetensi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap seluruh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan TK di Kecamatan Ringinrejo. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perencanaan komunitas belajar di PKG TK Kecamatan Ringinrejo diawali dengan pembentukan tim kecil, penetapan tujuan bersama, penentuan nama komunitas belajar, penyusunan jadwal, serta sosialisasi program kegiatan. Program komunitas belajar dirancang secara sistematis dan meliputi kegiatan reviuw kurikulum, perencanaan pembelajaran, asesmen, kegiatan kokurikuler, praktik baik, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Perencanaan yang terstruktur dan partisipatif tersebut berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru TK serta mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kecamatan Ringinrejo. Peneliti berharap kegiatan ini berlangsung secara teratur dan berkelanjutan. Masing masing anggota bertanggungjawab terhadap kemajuan dan keberhasilan kombel Gubar Asik dan Gutim Asik.

This study aims to describe the management of learning communities in improving the quality of education at PKG TK Ringinrejo Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. The learning communities at PKG TK Ringinrejo Subdistrict play a vital role in improving teacher competence. These activities include collaboration, reflection, and continuous competence improvement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of all educators and educational staff at kindergartens in Ringinrejo Subdistrict. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study indicate that the management of learning community planning at PKG TK Ringinrejo Subdistrict began with the formation of a small team, setting common goals, determining the name of the learning community, preparing a schedule, and socialising the activity programme. The learning community programme is designed systematically and includes curriculum review, learning planning, assessment, co-curricular activities, good practices, differentiated learning, and the use of digital technology. This structured and participatory planning contributes positively to improving the pedagogical and professional competencies of kindergarten teachers and supports the improvement of education quality in Ringinrejo Subdistrict. The researchers hope that these activities will be carried out regularly and sustainably. Each member is responsible for the progress and success of the Gubar Asik and Gutim Asik learning communities.
