ANALISIS KOMPREHENSIF TENTANG STANDAR KOMPETENSI GURU: TINJAUAN TERHADAP PRAKTIK DAN PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONALISME

Abstrak

Kompetensi guru merupakan suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru meliputi aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, proses berfikir, penyesuaian diri, sikap dan nilai nilai yang dianut dalam melaksanakan profesi sebagai guru. Tujuan kompetensi pada guru yaitu guna mencapai standar kulitas dalam menjalankan tugas atau pekerjaan nyata, jika guru melakukan kompetensi dan memenuhi kualifikasi yang di berikan, maka proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui proses studi pustaka, yang meliputi literatur resmi, seperti pada jurnal-jurnal terkait dan juga buku. Terdapat empat jenis kompetensi yang harus dimiliki seorang guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Hasil yang di harapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih memahami pentingnya standar kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif kepada guru guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

Teacher competence is an ability possessed by a teacher including aspects of knowledge, skills, thought processes, self-adjustment, attitudes and values adopted in carrying out the profession as a teacher. The purpose of competence in teachers is to achieve quality standards in carrying out real tasks or jobs, if teachers carry out competencies and meet the qualifications provided, the learning process can run smoothly. The data collection method in this research is through a literature study process, which includes official literature, such as related journals and books. There are four types of competencies that a teacher must have, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. The expected result of this research is to better understand the importance of competency standards that must be possessed by a teacher. This research is expected to have a positive impact on teachers in order to achieve effective learning goals and the learning process can run smoothly.
