PROBLEMATIKA PEMBAHARUAN PERNIKAHAN (TAJDIDUN NIKAH) DI KUA DI KECAMATAN AMPLAS

Abstrak

Pembaruan pernikahan atau tajdidun nikah telah menjadi topik penting dalam konteks hukum keluarga Islam. Di KUA Kecamatan Amplas, pembaruan pernikahan menghadapi berbagai problematika yang memengaruhi implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis problematika yang muncul dalam proses tajdidun nikah di KUA tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya tajdidun nikah, prosedur yang kompleks, serta kendala administratif, sosial, dan budaya, menjadi hambatan utama dalam pembaruan pernikahan di KUA Amplas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses tajdidun nikah di KUA Kecamatan Amplas.

Marriage renewal or nikah tajdidun has become an important topic in the context of Islamic family law. In the Amplas District KUA, marriage reform faces various problems that affect its implementation. This research aims to identify and analyze the problems that arise in the marriage tajdidun process at the KUA. The research method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the research show that several factors, such as a lack of public understanding about the importance of marriage tajdidun, complex procedures, as well as administrative, social and cultural obstacles, are the main obstacles to marriage renewal at KUA Amplas. It is hoped that this research can provide input for related parties to increase the effectiveness of the marriage tajdidun process at the KUA of Amplas District
