ANALISIS STRATEGI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL PADA BADAN USAHA MILIK NEGARA (BUMN) DI INDONESIA: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Transformasi digital telah menjadi agenda strategis utama bagi Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di Indonesia dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan kompetitif. Transformasi digital tidak hanya berkaitan dengan adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga mencakup perubahan strategi, struktur organisasi, dan budaya kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi transformasi digital BUMN di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian mengacu pada protokol PRISMA dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah, laporan resmi, dan dokumen kebijakan periode 2018-2025. Sebanyak 10 artikel relevan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital BUMN difokuskan pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan publik, dan daya saing, namun masih menghadapi tantangan kesiapan SDM, resistensi organisasi, serta ketidakselarasan strategi bisnis dan teknologi.
Digital transformation has become a key strategic agenda for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia in response to an increasingly complex and competitive business environment. Digital transformation involves not only technology adoption but also changes in strategy, organizational structure, and work culture. This study aims to analyze digital transformation strategies implemented by Indonesian SOEs using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research follows the PRISMA protocol by reviewing scientific articles, official reports, and policy documents published between 2018 and 2024. A total of 22 relevant articles were qualitatively analyzed. The findings indicate that digital transformation in Indonesian SOEs primarily focuses on improving operational efficiency, public service quality, and competitiveness. However, its implementation faces challenges related to human resource readiness, organizational resistance, and misalignment between business strategy and technology.
